Grace,

I know this letter means nothing to you now but some day I hope you look back on this and it does mean something.  The days are quickly dwindling of our family being a family of 3 to a family of 4.  Gracer D you have brought so much joy into our lives.  I couldn't image the last 2 1/2 years any other way.  You have made us laugh, smile, shake our heads and at times want to pull our hair out.  I'm so glad that we have had the last 2 1/2 years to cherish your "toddler" years.  I know those years are not over but I have a feeling that when your sister arrives you will turn into a "big girl" instantly.  I will cherish this last week that you and I have spent together while I've been off work.  Every time you crawl on my lap, put that head on my shoulder, look into my eyes and say, "Mama, I love you!" my heart melts.  Our morning cuddle time on the couch watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, playing dress up, building towers and playing dollies. I want you to know that you will continue to be my "little girl."  Our nighttime stories and sing-a-longs will still be one of the best times of my day and our trips to "darget" for popcorn will continue to be a favorite outing of mine.

You are going to be an amazing big sister and Caroline will be lucky to have you.

With all my love,
Mommy
